If you love fresh stawberry or peach pie in the summertime, this one is for you! My mother always used this recipe and it is one of my favorites.
Fresh Fruit Jello Pie
1 c sugar
1 c water (boiling)
4 Tbsp jello
2 Tbsp cornstarch
pinch of salt
Mix dry ingredients except for jello.
Add hot water and boil unto thick.
Remove and add jello.
Allow to cool an pour over fruit in prebaked pie crust.
